Diversity and Inclusion

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Carollo is committed to diversity and inclusion and it is reflected among our dynamic team of diverse leaders. We also believe in cultivating a workplace free from harassment and discrimination. This commitment is paramount in maintaining our unique culture, which is founded on the following principles: a Collaborative Environment, a One Company Approach, Human Assets, and Exceptional Client Service.

Women & Minorities

Diversity among women and minorities is seen throughout our leadership and association with professional societies that educate, promote, and empower women and minorities in the A/E/C industry. We actively maintain relationships with national and local partners and regularly participate in outreach events and career fairs at professional and diversity conferences to assist us in employing a diverse workforce. Just a few of these professional societies are shown below.

Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities

Carollo also recognizes the value of military experience and the importance in hiring our military veterans. Transitioning out of the military and entering back into the civilian world can be made easier by identifying which military occupational skills (MOS) correlate with which civilian jobs. A great resource is the Military Skills Translator in which veterans can search for codes or titles from the Military Occupational Classification and find correlation between those skills and those in which we are seeking.

Carollo Engineers is also committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation(s) to individuals with disabilities. If you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please contact Human Resources at 800-523-5822 and let us know the nature of your request. Hearing and speech impaired individuals who seek assistance or need an accommodation, and are TTY users, may dial 711 in the United States. Instruct the TTY operator to call 1–800–523–5826 to connect to Carollo’s headquarters. You may also email us at employment@carollo.com.
